Q. Do you offer afternoon rates on green fees or senior discounts?

Our green fee rates are the same all day. Smoky Mountain Retreat guests receive a discount on green fees. We do offer winter rates starting December 1 through March 30. Spring and Summer rates begin April 1.

Q. Do you have accommodations?

Our affiliated gated log home community, The Smoky Mountain Retreat, offers log home rentals featuring spectacular mountain views overlooking beautiful Maggie Valley. Reservations can be made by calling the rental office at 800-769-1177 or by visiting their website www.smokymountainretreat.com. There are no accommodations at the golf course. Guests of the Smoky Mountain Retreat may play golf at Laurel Ridge Country Club at a discounted rate and are also invited to dine with us in our private restaurant.

Q. Do you have townhomes or condominiums for sale?

Q. Do you have to be a member to own property in LRCC?

The Laurel Ridge Community is independent of the country club. Club members come from many different locations around the area including Asheville, Waynesville and Sylva, North Carolina. Many club members are seasonal residents as well.

Q. Does the Laurel Ridge community have a homeowners' association?

The Laurel Ridge Homeowner's Association (LRHOA) is independent of the golf course and is run by local volunteers in the community. There is an Architectural Committee for house plan approval and also a Board Committee. Annual meetings of the LRHOA are held at the country club.
