Our facilities and services are pre-priced to make your decision easier. Each room rental fee is listed below. Simply select the room(s) that is the right size for your event, then choose one of our popular dinner packages or create your own custom package.

MAIN LEVEL CLUBHOUSE
Number of Guest—Up to 180 (seated event)
Rental Fee—$3,000 -
THE CEDAR BANQUET ROOM
Number of Guests—25 to 90
Rental Fee—$350 -
THE MOUNTAIN VISTA DINING ROOM
Number of Guests—15 to 50
Rental Fee—$200
Four sumptuous Reception Dinner Packages are available as follows:
- The ‘Piedmont” Package 1— $43 per person plus 7% NC sales tax and server charges
- The “Laurel” Package 2—$48 per person plus 7% NC sales tax and server charges
- The “Eagle” Package 3—$60.5 per person plus 7% sales tax and server charges
- The “Hole-In-One” Package 4—$75 per person plus 7% sales tax and server charges
